Akdeniz Entegre Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. respects your privacy and gives importance to your data security. In this context, this clarification text has been prepared in order to inform and enlighten you within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (“Law”, “LPPD”) and other relevant legislation.

Personal Data Policy

The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 was adopted on March 24, 2016 and entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016. However, according to Article 32 of the Law titled Enforcement, the Articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of this Law entered into force as of 7 October 2016.

The law has been adopted in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations and the procedures and principles to be followed by real and legal persons who process personal data. Through this text, Akdeniz Entegre Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. informs and enlightens the visitors.

General Definitions

It refers to the consent on a particular subject, based on information and expressed with free will.

(The contact person is not authorized to represent the Data Controller. As the name suggests, it is only the person assigned to provide the “liaison” of the communication between the data controller and the Institution.)

The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, dated March 24, 2016, published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677.

Any environment where personal data is processed wholly or partially, automatically or non-automatically, provided that it is a part of any data recording system.

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

On condition that the personal data are fully or partly a part of any data recording system whether automated or otherwise, any kind of processing of data such as obtaining, recording, storage, preservation, modification, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, takeover, making available, classifying or preventing from being used.

Making personal data incapable of being associated with an identified or identifiable natural person under any circumstances, even by matching with other data.

Deletion of personal data; making personal data inaccessible and unusable for Relevant Users in any way.

The process of making personal data inaccessible, irretrievable and unusable by anyone in any way.

Your Personal Data may be processed by Akdeniz Entegre Gıda Sanayi A.Ş., in the capacity of Data Controller, without seeking your express consent in the following cases:
